How Do Dog Whistles Work?

I’ve just finished Assassin’s Creed 2. It was good. I liked it. I want to play the others now. Should I finish collecting everything? Should I do the Uplay stuff?
I want to play Portal 2 co-op.
I have no friends who have it on steam to play it with. Life is rough sometimes.

I finished Assassin's Creed yesterday.
I have started the second one now. So far so good. Although I have an issue with the first one. Altaïr, an highly trained assassin, who can climb building etc but can’t swim. I see this as a major flaw in his training.

After many years of playing Pokemon, I encountered my first shiny Pokemon. It was a Lillipup. I got all excited and guess what happened? I didn’t have any Pokeballs left.
